1:1 Introduction using 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘱𝘱.1-2

We must stand in these words now and forever. 👣


🌷 THE ENEMY WILL DESTROY YOU BUT JESUS WILL MAKE YOU

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10 NIV

Trabaho ng 𝘬𝘢𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 iyan ang nakawan ka ng mga mayroon ka na galing sa Lord. Papatayin ka niya spiritually, ilalayo sa Lord para di ka magkaroon ng eternal life at para magdusa ka kasama niya sa lake of fire. (Mat.24:41,51; Acts 1:25; Rev.19:20, Rev20:10, 15) At sirain ang buhay mo. But Jesus came to give us life and have it to the full.

Desire and dream for a fulfilled life now. Wag mong isipin na bata ka pa.  Gustuhin mong maging full, magkaroon ng ganap na buhay. At tandaan mo na si Jesus lang ang makakapagbigay niyan sayo.

🌷 RESIST THE ENEMY AND STAND FIRM IN THE FAITH

1 Peter 5:5-11

v9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.

Hindi ka mag-isa lang na dinadanas ang mga pagsubok na iyan na pinagdadaanan mo ngayon. 

Kung may trabaho ang 𝘬𝘢𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 sayo at kung masipag siya at ginagalingan niya, may trabaho ka din, and that is to resist him and stand firm in the faith. Aba, sipagan mo din! Galingan mo din!

 Satan has no power over you. He is just like a roaring lion. He will not devour you until you permits him. So be SOBER AND VIGILANT (WATCHFUL) to conquer him.

v8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.


How to conquer the 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘮𝘺?

(1) RESIST HIM

Huwag kang pa-cute. Hindi mo lang siya iiwasan, aayawan mo siya. Isuka mo siya!

(2) BE STEADFAST (FIRM) IN THE FAITH

    What faith?

    *Your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. (John 3:16)

    What is faith?

     *Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

     *For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. James 2:26

         Ang works here is your OBEDIENCE to God, for you cannot separate faith and obedience.

(3) BE SOBER AND VIGILANT

Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert and cautious at all times. That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8 Amplified Bible

Let us be serious about this: we have an enemy! Anytime pwede niya tayong lapain at kapag nangyari iyon mahuhulog tayo sa bitag niya. Let us be alert and stay-awake! Alalahanin natin araw-araw ang mga aral mula sa Salita ng Diyos. Wala ka maaalala at walang ipapaalala sayo ang Lord kung hindi ka nagbabasa ng Bible. So meditate it daily.

(4) BE HUMBLE

Remain in a humble spirit all the time kahit nasasaktan ka at kahit di ka ok. Kahit anong panahon, be humble. Kahit tama ka at mali sila.  Kahit feeling mo may point ka. Still, be humble. 

humility = submission

Lalo na sa Lord. If you will not submit to God, it will be difficult to submit to man.

v5 Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” 

v6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

Tanggapin mo na you need someone who will guide you, a pastor or a spiritual leader. Hingin mo iyon sa Lord. Huwag kang mahihiyang mag-open at ipaalam sa tao na iyon ang mga pinagdadaanan mo para may kasama kang mananalangin at lalago.

Sa Lord naman, minsan di mo napapansin that you are becoming proud before God. Nangyayari iyon kapag 'di mo na Siya inaalala at hindi ka nagpapasakop sa Kanya. You don't seek God and His word. You don't seek His will and pray.

𝗞𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗱, 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘁! 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲.

Go back to God! Balik ka sa Kanya! Huwag kang pumayag na malayo ka sa Kanya. Huwag mo siyang iwan at ilagay na lang sa likuran mo. 

Naipapakita natin ang humility natin sa Diyos kapag hinahanap natin siya at nagtitiwala tayo sa Kanya tulad ng sinasabi ng Proverbs 3:5-6. Bago pa tayo gumawa ng desisiyon or action, mag-inquire na tayo sa Kanya kung tama ba o hindi. Iba kapag ini-inquire natin iyon sa Kanya. Iba kapag tayo ang lumalapit sa Kanya kasi talagang matatanggap natin ang direction and guidance from God. He will make your path straight.

Mas sigurado pa nga tayong buhay ang pisikal natin kasi kumakain tayo araw-araw at nagwowork tayo para magkapera pambili ng needs natin. Pero iyong spirit and soul natin, kamusta na ba? 

Nagiging empty tayo, drained, may anxieties, at kung ano pa ang mga negative na tumatakbo sa isip at emotion natin, simple lang... kasi napabayaan ang spirit and soul.

 Namamatay ang spirit natin kapag di connected sa Spirit ng Lord. Nalo-lost ang soul natin kapag patay ang spirit natin. Nangyayari iyan kapag 'di tayo nagpe-pray at nagpasakop sa Lord.

Tandaan natin na ito ang dapat nating gawin:

v6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

Magpray tayo lagi at magpasakop sa Lord. Ang exaltation ng Lord sa atin kung di man dito sa lupa, baka sa langit na. Kung saan man yan basta in God's perfect time. Huwag kang magmadali because everything is beautiful in its time (Ecc.3v11). Do not worry about the things in this world. Cast all your cares to Jesus.

v7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂:

v10 But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 

restore, confirm, strengthen and establish you (ESV)

You may suffer in this world, but God promised

He will restore what the enemy have stolen from you. What he have destroyed will be made new again, perfect.

God will confirm/establish His calling to you. God will strengthen you in your weaknesses, and establish/settle you --- God will carry onto completion what He began in your life. (Phil1:6). Your life will be used for His glory.

v11 To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Truly, Satan has no power and authority because he has no dominion! (Just as I said, depende na lang if you permits him to rule over you. Wag naman sana, please.)

He is a loser, destined to be thrown into the lake of fire! (Rev20:10). 

It is God who has dominion and authority! We must chose God! We must chose Him to rule over us and surely, we will win this life!

Send the Light

Light . Jesus is the light, and as His children, He said that we are also the light of this world. We can only shine when we walk in the light of Jesus. Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12  “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.  Matthew 5:14-16  For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. 40 Years

  "Life begins at forty."  Madalas mo din bang naririnig ito? Para sa ilan, nagsisimula palang ang buhay at 40. Para sa iba naman ay pagpapatuloy ito ng kanilang nasimulan. "Ano pa nga ba ang mangyayari sa akin sa 40th ko?", iyan ang tanong ko sa sarili before I turned 40. Gusto kong ihanda ang sarili ko holistically, especially my mind and emotions. Ang goal ko is to live up to my calling and create a good legacy for the young and future generations.  I celebrated my birthday with CEF-Cavite Team.  Kinabukasan, check-up naman at itreat na lang ang sarili. Human development is my favorite topic noong kumukuha ako ng units sa Education. I realized, it is important for a person at the early age na madiscover ang God-given purpose niya and not to lose a sense of purpose habang tumatanda siya.
