Strengths Finder
As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. 1 Peter 4:10-11 ESV
Gift. Each of us was born with God-given talents and gifts. God designed us purposely. We are unique and exactly right sa calling the Lord sa buhay natin.
Serve. Our gifts become meaningful when we stop thinking only about ourselves, and start considering how we can help others for the glory of God.
rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to man, knowing that whatever good anyone does, this he will receive back from the Lord, whether he is a bondservant or is free. Ephesians 6:7-8
Speaks. Whoever speaks must use his/her voice in speaking the word of God.
Strength. Our strength comes from the Lord. So when God calls us to do something, it is not about us; it is about Him. We usually feel that we are not strong, and that is true. Apart from God, we are truly incapable of achieving anything.
Attending the CliftonStrengths Discovery Workshop with Leadership 113 Batch 7, 8 and 9 on October 18, 2025 sa Victory Dasma UBelt was a great experience.
Ado from Victory Taft na naging speaker namin.
Last year, I took the Gallup Strengths Finder Test. Required ito for L113. First and foremost, ang kilalanin ang Creator natin. He has all the answers, and in due time He will reveal them to us as we seek and obey Him.
Most of the children and youth ay hindi pa aware sa kanilang strengths, may mga insecurities pa at inggit. Let us take time to discover our strengths and develop them with good character. Doon tayo mageexcel.
Grow in character.
Discover your talent.
Build your knowledge base.
Develop your skills.
Finish with strength.
(Thank you, dade!) Kami ang most punctual sa workshop. Hahah! 😅😂
